We're Sean and Gina, and between us, we've spent the better part of two decades helping businesses and organisations communicate better to grow.

We met working together in London in the marketing and strategy world, and after years of seeing the same problem, great businesses held back by outdated marketing, we decided to do something about it. Plugin Marketing is our answer: a consultancy that brings together deep marketing expertise with the very latest tools to help businesses of any size compete and win.

Meet Sean

Sean Stephens

Sean brings 20+ years of marketing strategy and consumer insight experience, with a track record across some of the UK's most recognised brands.

His career has been built on one skill above all others: understanding what makes customers tick and turning that understanding into marketing that drives growth.

Sean has developed behaviour-led campaigns and audience strategies for brands including Costa Coffee, Barclays, Tesco, and easyJet. Sean’s particular passion is making AI tools accessible and genuinely useful for businesses who've heard a lot of hype but aren't sure where to start.

Meet GINA

Gina Plummer

Gina has 18 years of experience running integrated campaigns across network agencies and specialist shops, leading projects for brands including Co-op, Vanguard, Tabasco and Action for Children.

She's equally comfortable in strategy sessions and in the weeds of campaign delivery, which means clients get someone who can see the big picture and make sure the details are right.

Her background in client services means she's a brilliant communicator and skilled at connecting a client’s need with what technology can deliver.
